Upliftment Sound Berlin came into existence in spring 2002, when Solomon and Tom Tom joined the Mystic Roots Crew, then playing every Sunday at the Spreewald Mitte. Since the early summer 2002 we have been uplifting the people musically on Mondays, too, making the Lauschangriff, a cozy club/bar in Berlin Friedrichshain, our home base. Later that year we joined forces with Zara and Trudi.
The two have found their own missions & destinations by summer 2005, Zara as Mama Rule, Trudi producing singers & creating own riddims for his Boogoo Yagga Dubdisco. One Love.
Early in 2006, Upliftment Sound expanded once again, welcoming on board our new selecta LoveChild.
Upliftment Sound can be experienced at conscious dances all over town, and every now and then on special missions in other cities or even countries.
